Shipping Policy
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Order placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the day of purchased. (Not including weekends & Pre-Orders).
- All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3-5 days.
- Signature will be required upon delivery for all packages. Please make sure you or someone is available to sign for your package. If no one is present to receive the package, your package will be return to the nearest postal office. In order to retrieve your package, you will need to report to the USPS office to sign for it.
- You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location.
- Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we will be unable to cancel that order.
- By confirming an order with Kloset Konscious, you have agreed to our terms and policies.
Lost and Stolen Packages
- If there has been a confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered and you did not receive or signed for it, you must file a claim with the USPS (1-800-275-8777) as Kloset Konscious is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
